The CMO Roundtable is an opportunity to share best practices, learn from guest speakers, discuss trends and key issues facing our profession, and critically examine tools, tactics and strategies to grow our firms. Each Roundtable will have a business development, marketing, technology, and leadership component. Roundtables are structured to encourage dialogue and interaction. They will not be “talking heads” all day long. While content is important, we have ample time to build relationships and have some fun. Forging relationships among peers in a confidential setting gives participants an opportunity to test new ideas, benchmark your firm’s progress against other firms, and learn from each other.
Membership is open to chief and directors of marketing, business development, strategy and related areas. Participation is limited to 30 people to assure an intimate and engaging group. Participation is by invitation only, focusing on large and mid-sized professional service firms with national and regional practices.
Roundtables are one full day and one half-day, usually on a Thursday-Friday. One roundtable will be held in February or March, the other in June or October, depending on the preference of the members. In addition, we will meet at other industry events for a meal or meeting, such as the Marketing Partner Forum, LMA Legal Tech Conference and the GrowPro Conference. Roundtables will be held in major metropolitan areas to minimize travel time.
